Transport Customer Service Coordinator
RJS Recruitment are working with a Leading and well-respected Container Haulage Company near Ipswich. Our client is looking for an experienced customer service coordinator with 1-2 years industry knowledge within container transport.

Candidate Skills
- Must have 1-2-year experience within Customer service (container movement)
- Ideally used Truckcom system, or TOPS would be considered
- Committed to providing customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Ability to offer solutions and be proactive
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, to work in high paced and changing environment
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable and organised
- Works well as part of a team.
- Motivated and driven
- Excellent IT skills
- Be committed to our customers' journey
