They will fund and put you through your CeMap qualifications, and deliver top notch training to get you to Competent Advisor Status within 12 months. You will have a starting basic salary of £25k, with commission structures in place, as well as being surrounded by high performing Second Charge advisors to guide you along the way. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be guided through a thorough training & development plan, and once you are signed off your salary will increase, as will your commission! Leads are HOT and FULLY PROVIDED with this role, and the business are hitting some seriously impressive numbers already, which is why the Trainee Mortgage Advisor position is available.

What do we need from you? Well, as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, the most important part of this role is being customer focused. Service is massively important to our client, who have won multiple industry awards in recognition of this. You will need to be ready to take on a challenge and learn along the way. The Trainee Mortgage Advisor role is office based, in a state of the art building in Watford offering everything you could need to succeed in the role.
