Our client is looking for a Trade Counter Account Manager. You will be working within a small and friendly team.

Responsibilities

Within this role you will act as the first point of contact for customers both face to face and over the phone.

You will be providing quotations

Processing orders

Dealing with customer queries before and after sales

Servicing customers

Assisting in moving of goods from time to time

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to trade counter operations.

Excellent communication skills

Good pc skills
