Tax & Trusts Lawyer/ Practitioner

Achieve Professionals are seeking an individual who is either with a minimum of 3 years experience in dealing with Income Tax Returns and general tax advice.

Position: Personal Tax Junior or Senior - Tax & Trusts
Location: Axminster

Qualifications & Experience:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the following areas of work:

• Fundamental principles of capital gains and income tax and there application in relation to Personal Tax returns and UK Property Accounts.
• Estate Complex Registration and preparation and submission of Estate Tax Returns.

Skills & Attributes:

• Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team
• Willingness to develop and expand skills and knowledge, undertaking further training as required
• Excellent IT Skills
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to travel between offices when required
