Short Let Property Manager
An independent residential lettings and management company located in Bristol are looking for a Short Let Property Manager to join their team.
Looking for a proactive property manager who likes to be out of the office, the main focus of the role is to carry out inspections on short term lets/serviced accommodation. The managed properties need to look their best at all times and so the purpose of the role is to keep them looking that way, You will be responsible for liaising with cleaners and contractors on maintenance required to suggesting improvements to home owners to ensure the properties are continually booked.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in the property industry as either a property manager or inventory clerk etc
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Up to date with current legislation
- A problem solver with a 'CAN DO' attitude
- Someone able to manage and push the business forward
The Company can offer Monday to Friday working hours, 9am - 5pm and a competitive salary package of £25k basic as well as a fun and friendly working environment.
28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
extra day holiday per year of service
Yearly trip (usually abroad)
