The Role: Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned biller who is happy to lead from the front and who is keen to step up and take responsibility for developing junior members within the team. Superb career progression is on offer.

Primarily this will be a 180 BD role as we have a highly successful delivery function to assist in finding top-calibretalent. Our in-house marketing team will help produce relevant content to send across multiple digital platforms and you will be supported by your director and our in house L&D team.

Salary is DOE and will be up to 40k base plus uncapped commission.
