Sales Trainer
Location: Maidstone, Kent.
Salary: From £40,000

We are working with a fast-growing, independent hospitality company who provide exclusive hospitality packages at leading sports and entertainment venues. Offering these packages with Sporting Legends as brand ambassadors provides a unique experience.
Your new role
Elevating the sales team to increase sales. Providing training on the structure of calls. Observations on the team to offer insight and feedback to improve. Create your own training materials/packs to be used by the team.
The sole focus of this role will be to provide training for the sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in sales training is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Outgoing and personable and have the ability to make a difference to the team with resilience.

What you'll get in return
A salary offered from £40,000 per annum.
25 days holiday plus 8 Bank holidays.
Monday to Friday.
A break out area with a gym, kitchen and games console area to be used on breaks.
