Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Retentions Advisor to work from their offices in Wrexham. 

For the successful Retentions Advisor our client is offering:

  • Salary up to £25,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm
  • Permanent position
  • Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension

The role - Retentions Advisor :

  • Dealing with a variety of initial queries, remaining customer-focused to find the most suitable conclusion via inbound customer contact 
  • Handle enquiries from initial conversation to resolution; providing new contract agreements where necessary
  • Manage complaints / feedback from customers to apply alternative services to meet customer expectations
  • Provide excellent customer service during each engagement via email, telephone and customer interaction

What our client is looking for in a Retentions Advisor:

  • Previous call handling experience and customer service resolution management via telephone call and email experience – ESSENTIAL
  • Sales through service calls and/or any negotiation as part of previous service-led roles – DESIRABLE
  • Confident Communicator – ESSENTIAL
