Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum D.E.O + Bonus + Pay Rise After A Successful Probation!
Location: Clacton-on-Sea, Essex
Hours: 40, full-time
HCR is working with a BRAND-NEW innovative care provider who obtained the nursing home in 2023! The small nursing home has a vibrant homely feel equipped with the latest technology. We are leading the search for a Registered Home Manager ideally with an active NMC pin if not a non-clinical manager who comes from a successful background of achieving good CQC ratings and has managed nursing homes.
Registered Home Manager Duties:
- Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the home is running effectively.
- To make sure the nursing home is safely supported with staffing ratios.
- Increasing bed occupancy safely.
- Budget management.
- To action any CQC notifications or safeguarding promptly.
- Ensuring the home is compliant and adhering to legislation.
Registered Home Manager Remuneration:
- An achievable annual bonus!
- Pay rise after a successful probationary period!

Registered Home Manager Requirements:
- Must be a CQC Registered Care Home Manager
- Must have a successful background in CQC ratings.
- Ideally to have a Level 5 in leadership & management however it is not essential.
