We are recruiting for a Purchasing Manager for a reputable organisation based in Warwickshire on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Purchasing & Order Processing functions to deliver excellent customer service through efficient and effective processes
  • Managing, motivating and developing the team of 5 to take ownership of the team objectives
  • Identifying and implement process improvements including working with other departmental managers to change and improve business-wide processes
  • Checking production capacity, scheduling orders and generating order confirmations for customers
  • Sourcing equipment, goods and services as well as leading on strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of the above duties
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate within the business and with customers
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
