We are looking for an experienced Producer to join a dynamic team within a leading entertainment production company in the UK! As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and producing captivating live shows and tours that resonate with audiences across the nation.

Responsibilities:

  • Discovering and approaching talent for live one-off shows and tours, leveraging various channels such as book publications, podcasts, and renowned personalities.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly publishers, to facilitate talent acquisition.
  • Identifying talent aligned with our global vision, spanning markets in the US, Canada, and Australasia.
  • Presenting innovative ideas at programming meetings, initiating contact with stakeholders, and negotiating financial terms.
  • Collaborating with the Programming Manager to develop tour routes and budgets.
  • Ensuring a seamless on-sale process for all tours and one-off events in coordination with the Programming Manager.
  • Overseeing the marketing campaigns for each tour and one-off event in collaboration with the Marketing Department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event production within the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and audience preferences.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
