Summary:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Procurement Analyst with experience working within the Energy Industry. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for providing prices using the Powwr Platform to procure clients Gas and Electricity, process Change of Tenancies with suppliers, Co-ordinate new connections and meter installs with stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
- Pricing fixed energy contracts for SME and I&C customers
- Submitting and processing customer contracts
- Management of on-boarding new clients
- Capturing customer information correctly in our purpose-built in-house CRM system
- Co-ordinating new connections and meter installs with relevant stakeholders
- Processing change of tenancies (COTs) with suppliers
- Liasing with the sales team to support revenue growth and retention
- Ad hoc office duties when needed
Skills and experience required:
- At least 1+ year experience in operations or pricing within the energy supply sector/TPI sector (key requirement)
- Candidate must be resilient and work well under pressure (key requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must nurture relationships with suppliers
- Must be diligent and detail oriented - "eye for detail"
- A proactive individual who is prepared to challenge and improve internal processes
- Candidate must be reliable, trustworthy and punctual
