Payroll Specialist

Exeter

Permanent - full time

£28,000 DOE

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and accuracy? We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic Exeter based team. Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely using their payroll software.

- Review timesheets and attendance records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

- Calculate bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other payments as needed.

- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management promptly and professionally.

- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; report needed changes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.

- Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant regulations.

- Proficient with payroll software

- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
