Are you looking to work in an early years/ childcare environment?

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated individuals in Leamington Spa who are looking to begin/ continue their careers as a Nursery Assistant.

The nursery is looking for members of staff to work full time starting immediately!

To be successful you will need:

  • A minimum of a level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (ESSENTIAL)

The key day-to-day tasks include:

  • Plan and prepare fun daily activities meeting the curriculum planning according to EYFS.
  • Changing nappies or toileting, tidying room and cleaning equipment.
  • To ensure all children are happy and well cared for and their individual needs are being met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues supporting the children in your group.
  • Supporting children's behaviour and acting as a role model.
  • Work according to the rota for the day.
