The Role - Lead Associate - GB Sales Operations

This is an internal facing role reporting into the GB Sales Operations Lead. The role has primary responsibility for supporting sales enabling activities in WTW GB businesses.

•   Interact with senior stakeholders to support the various GB businesses through sales operations activity
•   Project manage the delivery of global sales enablement processes:
o   Account planning – co-ordinate cross business planning sessions related to highest growth potential clients, identify actions and report progress
o   Client Satisfaction – co-ordination of the net promoter score survey and independent client review interviews
o   Clients at Risk – identification, tracking and reporting of revenue at risk scenarios
•   Responsible for producing data analysis and insights related to client and market segmentation, priority setting & target identification
•   Act as a primary point of contact for enquires related to the CRM system – including colleague training / support
•   Responsible for working with colleagues in the analytics team to produce sales pipeline reporting utilising data from the CRM system
•   Work closely with marketing to track sales campaign outputs
•   Provide support to Lead Relationship Managers in GB

•   Skilled at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
•   Proven work experience in managing large scale projects 
•   Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
•   Degree in Business, Sales Operations or similar is beneficial
•   Demonstrable communication, negotiation and influencing skills
•   Practical knowledge of sales strategy, account development and sales management
•   Ability to represent the Sales Operations practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
•   Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
•   Experience in a CRM system is advantageous 
•   Competent in Microsoft tools – primarily excel (Vlookups, pivot tables and advanced formula) and PowerPoint.
