NJR are currently working with a leading Independent Wealth Management Advisory firm based in North Leeds who are looking for a Junior IFA Administrator to join their ambitious, expanding and technically astute team.

The main purpose of your role will be to provide admin support services to an extremely successful Financial Planner, whilst ensuring that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

Processing New Business

Liaising with clients and providers

Obtaining valuations

Checking all compliance paperwork is present

Provide support to a busy financial planner

Preparing illustrations

Prepare basic suitability letters
