A great opportunity for an IT Support / IT Service Desk candidate to join an incredibly busy IT team who deliver first class IT solutions to a huge number of satisfied customers across the Country. What you'll need to succeed
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for answering phones, logging tickets and providing technical support to customers in a timely manner. You will also work with our 2nd line team to escalate issues where necessary.

The Hiring Manager will be looking to shortlist from candidates who can demonstrate the following key skills & experience:
A huge passion for IT and technology.
Minimum 1 Years' Experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills.
A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude.
The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Strong technical experience in;

• Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.).
• Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.).
• Windows Desktop Troubleshooting.
• Security Knowledge (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies).
