The Role
Financial Accountant - 4-6 Month Contract - Qualified ACCA/ACA - Immediate Start
We are working with a prestigious North East organisation who are looking to hire an Interim Financial Accountant to join them during an exciting time of change and growth.
Working within the External Reporting and Technical team, you'll work closely with other team members to support through an interim period and assist with the following:
  • Finalisation of statutory accounts preparation
  • Audit support - handling and resolving technical queries 
  • Reviewing bid activities and tender contracts for accounting implications 
  • Adhoc tasks/query handling as required working closely with the External Reporting Manager


About You
This role is suited to the following candidate:
  • ACCA or ACA Qualified with relevant Technical/Financial Accounting experience
  • Open on background either industry or practice trained
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards - IFRS 
  • Available to start at short notice
