This role involves the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within an FMCG setting. The HSE Advisor will drive continuous improvement, ensuring the company's operations align with local and international HSE standards.

Description
- Develop, implement and oversee HSE protocols in line with local and international standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure HSE compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programmes for all staff.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on HSE activities.
- Develop initiatives to improve health and safety culture within the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices.
Profile
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
- An academic background in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering training and presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
