Your new company
My long-standing client is looking for a proven HR Ops/payroll specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This role will initially focus on payroll and then become a hybrid HR/Payroll role. My client is very flexible, this role can be full time, 4 days a week or shorter hours. You will be joining a high-performing HR team and my client is looking for someone to start asap!
Your new role

  • You will manage the end-to-end payroll process for c1000 employees, this is split over 2 payrolls. Payroll is fully in-house.
  • You will have line management responsibilities of 2 admins.
  • You will work with the HR Manager to oversee benefits for the organisation.
  • You will assist with day-to-day HR operations.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of running an end-to-end payroll. Have good HR and payroll understanding.
