Your new role
Partnering with key stakeholders, you will develop plans focused on culture and transformational change. Provide support senior teams with performance improvement and development capabilities of their teams. Utilising data and metrics to support and advise and support stakeholders on future planning and change management projects. You will manage high volume and complex employee relations cases whilst working in partnership with IR & trade unions. What you'll need to succeed

Managed high volume and complex ER casesHave worked with trade unionsBe CIPD L7 qualified or equivalent
