As a Healthcare Assistant working for Buttons Recruitment, you will work with other healthcare professionals within the homes you are placed within, following their guidance & instruction, to ensure that the persons you are looking for have the best stress free experience as possible, whilst prompting, their independence. Making a difference on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

You will follow the lead of the person in charge to complete daily tasks such as:

  • Assisting with personal Care Tasks, such as bathing, dressing & grooming
  • Providing emotional support to the persons you are caring for along with their families
  • Assisting with their mobility needs
  • Some personal Care maybe required
  • Documentation completion for things such as fluid intake, creams. care plans.

As a specialist in the healthcare sector, Buttons Recruitment are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work regular & Ad-Hoc shifts within care home settings in and around Norwich and surrounding areas.

Location: Norwich, Norfolk & Surrounding areas

As an Agency Worker you provide you availability to Buttons Recruitment and the recruitment team, match as far as possible with clients that have gaps in their rota's.

  • Nights
  • Sleep in Shifts

Job Requirements

All successful applicants must have:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication.
  • Be able to use a computer to complete documentation.
  • Be Kind, Compassionate & Empathetic
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also alone.
  • Be willing to adapt to new situations and take instructions
  • Previous experience within Health & Social Care field would be advantagous but not essential.

Registration process

At Buttons Recruitment we have an easy and stress free registration process, you will submit your CV, receive a call from the recruitment team on it being received by us, we will then send an online link to our registration pack to you. You can upload proof of documentation such as Right to Work, National Insurance.

You will be invited to complete the mandatory online trianing and the Face to Face training in house. If you have current trianing certificates, you can upload these also & we will ask you to attend only the 1 day Face to Face training for Manual Handling and Basic Life Support.

You will be required to either hold and Enhanced Adult & Child DBS, if you do not have one we can assist you to gain one *(there will be a charge for this)
