Job Opportunity: Head Chef

Are you a passionate and creative culinary expert? Our Client based in Wilburton, Cambs is looking for a talented Head Chef to lead their kitchen team.

· Working Hours: 7am-4pm - 5 days per week, every other Saturday off shift.

· 28 days holiday

· Onsite parking

· £32.5K per annum

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a seasonal menu using fresh ingredients.

· Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

· Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

· Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Passion for sustainable and garden-to-table cuisine.
