Food & Beverage Supervisor

My client near Truro are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their Management Team at their busy Hotel Restaurant.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of food and beverage services, supporting the F&B team and assisting management with the daily operations.

You will work closely with the management team to uphold high standards of customer service, maximise revenue, create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

The role involves fostering and maintaining a positive working environment, leading a team by example, training and developing staff in line with organisational standards, the ability to anticipate guests needs, previous experience with the use of a POS system and opening and closing the venue.

Full time permanent position based on 40 hour contracts

Rate of pay - depending on experience - approx. £13.00 per hour / £27,000 per annum
