Finance Manager

The Finance Manager role is an opportunity to join a progressive fast growing Real Estate company. Working across functions, business partnering with stakeholders, owning the month end process and coordinating with operational finance. Based in Central London in a modern open location.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ownership for financial controlling and reporting
• Day to day oversight of the Accounts Assistant
• Preparing timely and accurate reporting on a periodic and ad hoc basis
• Preparation and submission of VAT and CIS returns.
• Business partnering and variance analysis with budget holders on cashflow and P&L expenditure.
• Analysing and providing commentary on business activities, month-end results and budgets
• Assisting with and maintaining an integrated forecasting and business planning process.
• Assisting with input into regular P&L and cash flow reforecasts and the annual budget process

Required skillset and experience:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Real Estate experience or transferable would be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Yardi would be beneficial.
• Ownership of month end processes is essential.
