Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Syndicate | London/Hybrid | £40 - 50,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a growing Lloyd's Syndicate in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created role due to good company growth offering you lots of generalist compliance experience as well as senior stakeholder engagement.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the delivery of the Compliance Plan.
  • Overseeing and delivering on the Conduct Appetite Framework.
  • Assisting with reviewing Conduct Risk Assessments.
  • Working across Product Governance and Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Collating MI for quarterly Product Oversight Group meeting.
  • Ensuring that all staff have been provided with relevant Compliance training.
  • Contribute to the review of Compliance polices annually.
  • Oversight and updating of Group Registers.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years compliance experience.
  • Must have experience of working for an insurer - ideally Lloyd's/London market.
  • Have a good understanding of insurance regulations, preferably Lloyd's/London Market as well as FCA & PRA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal with the ability to build relationships at varying levels.
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to work in fast paced environments.

Please note that you will be required to work in their London office 2/3 days a week.
