Are you a CNC Lathe Operator with MAZAK experience, looking to work for a well-established market leading SME which provides precision machining solutions for Subsea industries Nationwide?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a highly successful family business which offer precision machining solutions for products, components and pipe.

You will work with a team of highly skilled machinists and will be extremely hand’s on within the machining cell, operating the machines, trouble-shoot when required and ensure internal and client deadlines are met. The CNC Machinist must have a sound machining background, confident in programming Integrex CNC lathes.
 
The Role:
  • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, specifically with Mazak equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to produce precise components.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
The Person:
  • Experience as a CNC Lathe Operator (MAZAK)
 Shift Pattern:
  • 8-hour Day shift Monday to Friday (2 WEEKS)
  • 10-hour Night shift - Monday - Thursday (2 WEEKS)
  • Monday to Friday – 0800 - 1630 (can be flexible)
  • Night shift 18.00 - 0430 (can be flexible)
