I am delighted to be recruiting for an international law firm in their search for a Client Account Operations Analyst, the role offers a great entry into analyst roles for candidates coming from transactional backgrounds.

As a Finance Ops Analyst, you'll be ensuring seamless financial management. You'll maintain the client-facing inbox with diligence, guaranteeing every query receives a timely and accurate response. It will be your responsibility to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the client core teams by preparing data and analysis for meetings.

The role also includes maintaining matter hygiene, engaging in regular WIP and billing reviews, and spearheading communication with client partners regarding billing intricacies.

You'll liaise with the Matter Admin and core teams, maintaining precision in rates pre-billing, and liaising with the E-Billing Team to ensure rate information is shared and uploaded.

You'll ensure that WIP values are recorded, and also chased down if absent. You'll handle external disbursements, draft invoices, and manage cash flows. You will be key in updating and tracking reports, reconciling invoices, and assisting in annual rate reviews that allow Partners to strategize and plan with confidence.
