Building Surveyor

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor looking to work for a world leading company who can offer unrivalled training and progression opportunities.

Are you a chartered or degree educated Building Surveyor? Do you have an understanding of subsidence or experience within the insurance industry?

Established for over 50 years this company specialise in the provision of integrated business solutions. They have established themselves as a world leader in their industry, operating in over 60 countries across the globe. They are constantly adapting to suit their client's needs and are currently in the process of expanding their Surveying department. Due to this they are now looking for an additional Building Surveyor to join their expert team.

In this autonomous role you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic claims from the initial claim through to completion. This will involve overseeing defects diagnosis, mitigation and the physical repairs. The company are well known for their excellent training programmes and you will have to opportunity to go through chartership whilst also gaining a number of other qualifications.

This role would therefore suit an individual with a strong background in surveying on Commercial & Domestic buildings, who is looking to progress their career at a world leading company.

The Role:

• Surveying Commercial & Domestic Properties
• Managing own case load
• Working on insurance claims
• Overseeing repairs
• £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Home Based + Car + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

• Strong background in Building Surveying
• Experience working on Residential & Commercial buildings
• Some insurance experience beneficial
• Ideally an understanding of Subsidence
