Cobalt is partnering with a family-owned property developer who is looking to hire a Building Manager for a recently redeveloped commercial office in Kings Cross. You'll take ownership of a c 125,000 sq ft multi-tenanted property, driving forward a proactive FM service delivery whilst fostering a sense of community amongst your customers. Our client is a forward-thinking brand that has been growing impressively and organically in recent years, making this role a strong springboard for further career development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage building amenities professionally for occupier's satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming environment and service standards.

  • Foster occupier engagement and community building through forums like occupier meetings and events.

  • Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assessing performance through KPIs.

  • Assist in producing Service Charge budgets and monitor accounts.

  • Address service/maintenance issues promptly and ensure accurate property information is available.

  • Ensure all property works adhere to health and safety regulations.

  • Support implementation of national/regional FM service strategies.

  • Overseeing the maintenance of building fabric and plant.

Our client is looking for a driven Building Manager or strong Assistant Facilities Manager that is passionate about their work and who relishes the opportunity to become a bigger voice in a bespoke but growing business. You'll be able to demonstrate a key commitment to improving the customer experience within your property. An IOSH is essential.
