On behalf of my client I am recruiting for an Amazon Territory Lead

The Role:

We are seeking an Amazon Territory Lead to manage and enhance our Amazon Vendor channel within assigned countries. The role is pivotal in maximising product visibility, optimising sales performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strategic planning skills, comprehensive analytical capabilities, and proactive account management to drive success.

  • Develop strategies to increase sales volumes and achieve Year-over-Year growth within your territories.
  • Maintain a minimum Net Profit Margin Percentage (NET PPM%) and manage inventory in collaboration with the Amazon operational team.
  • Lead new product launches, ensuring optimal online presentation and discoverability.
  • Apply SEO best practices and work with the Amazon advertising team to enhance product visibility.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, tailoring them to customer preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Stay updated with Amazon Vendor Central platform updates and industry best practices.
  • Conduct weekly performance analyses and provide detailed reports to senior management, using insights to refine strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Expertise in Amazon Vendor Central for managing listings and monitoring sales.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com for project management and team collaboration.
  • Experience using Helium 10 for Amazon-specific SEO and market analysis.
  • Knowledge of Keepa for tracking Amazon price trends and historical data.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data manipulation and presentation.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes in the eCommerce market and internal business conditions.
