My client is a very successful and growing firm servicing a prestigious and growing portfolio of clients across the county and beyond. Their continued success has resulted in this new vacancy for an Accounts Assistant to join their great team.

Your duties in this role will be to assist with year end accounts and tax return preparation, bookkeeping, VAT and CIS, along with liaising with HMRC, dealing with client queries, and using a variety of digital software packages.

This role would suit a candidate with at least 6 months of recent accountancy practice experience, excellent communication skills and a desire to learn new skills. You are likely to be studying or looking to study AAT, and studies can be supported via a variety of routes to include apprenticeships.
