We are seeking a Account Manager to oversee client requirements, develop implementation schedules, quarterly financial forecasts, and execute roll-outs. The successful candidate will monitor all aspects of program performance, including technical work, program management, material sourcing, financial goals, issue management and escalation, risk management, compliance, security, and client satisfaction.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Gather client requirements and align them with operational strategy.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer sales forecasts reflecting sales, costs, and margin.
  • Increase profit margin and contribute to the financial success of the organisation.
  • Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and supply chain efficiency.
  • Drive sales growth and position the organisation as a strategic component of the customer’s growth.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, cost, and quality.
  • Conduct in-progress management reviews and report to leadership.
  • Prepare proposals, handle contract negotiations, and interact with customers.
  • Perform risk management and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain high-quality data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience in delivering projects to time, cost, and quality.
  • Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, account/project management role within a manufacturing environment.
