Our Account Managers are responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

The role will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This position will liaise with cross-functional teams across the business to help improve the customer experience.

As an Account Manager you will need to generate leads, identifying and closing new business opportunities within existing clients within the defined segment of focus, you need to maintain clients through good customer care, strong negotiation and maintaining close relationships.

You will need to have proven work experience in an Account Manager or relevant role and also demonstatable the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including Executive and C-level.
