We are recruiting for a Team PA to join a very large respected business to support to multiple directors at board level! This role is offering up to 33k a year with excellent benefits and the role would be based in Nuneaton 2 days a week, London 1 day a week, and work from home 2 days per week. This role is very varied and is surrounded by a lovely team, with the typical PA responsibilities which would include: Effectively managing diaries for the directors Draft letters and emails and handle incoming post Pre-screen internal and external queries Prepare high quality documentation, presentations and agendas for meetings Provide meeting support, which would include diary co-ordination, room booking and hospitality arrangements Travel arrangements for both domestic and international travel Manage and monitor invoices You would need to have previous commercial experience working as an PA or EA and have the drive to build strong working relationships. Team PA for Large Respected Business

Full-time, permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to 26,000 per annum depending on experience. Events Assistant

An amazing role has arisen for an Evening Document Production Specialist to join a large law prestigious firm in either their Manchester, Exeter, London or Birmingham office. This is a full time, permanent position offering an excellent hybrid pattern with a salary of 29,500 rising to 31,500 after the probation period. The hours for this role would be 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday. For this role, it is essential for you to have Document Production experience working within a Document Production Team and have an accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute. You will also need to have the confidence of producing a variety of documents for all legal groups with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to format documents to house style. Document Production Specialist

Remote, full-time permanent position offering up to 31,500 on completion of probation, working between the hours of 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday. An exciting opportunity to work for a globally-recognised law firm as a Document Production Specialist has become available! Working for their Manchester office but based remotely, the successful applicant will be working within the Document Production Team to provide an outstanding service to the firm’s fee earners in a highly accurate and professional manner. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Producing and amending documents including correspondence, reports and deeds in an efficient and timely manner, in line with the firm’s procedures and systems Document production and manipulation, and transcription using digital dictation Recording and interpreting complex fee earner briefs; producing the necessary documents within the required timescales and raising any queries with the fee earners to ensure the high accuracy of the documents Quality checking all documents, including proof reading, to ensure all documents are produced to a highly professional and accurate standard Effectively using systems and data rooms to ensure the completion of targets and deadlines Prospective applicants must have previous experience within a Document Production Specialist role for a similar professional services firm.
