A large international company in London is currently recruiting a Lead Systems Analyst to join their team.You will be responsible for leading the HR development and support for SAP Success Factors, also serving as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, and report writing. In particular Employee Central, Time Off, Timesheets, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession and Platform modules and future modules, for all users in the UK and other administrators in their geographical areasBe the point of contact in supporting European Administrators with any SuccessFactors related activities. This includes data input, configuration, troubleshooting, report building and maintenanceConfigure, change requests and custom fields in SuccessFactors and continuously review and update dataManage the SuccessFactors related activities that optimise all of the cyclical Talent Management processes. This includes but not restricted to managing any planning, preparation, testing, configuration, and activation in the systemProvide sufficient training for all new user/administrators in the UK and support HR co-ordinators to train their new usersKeep all training material up to dateProject manage the implementation of the new SuccessFactors modules for EuropeResponsible for the all project stages within the implementation of the new SuccessFactors modules including the training, communications, document generation, testing and configurationAssist as an SME in the implementation and launch of all the SuccessFactors modules across the MENA regionEnsure all reporting needs across EMEA regions are delivered in a timely mannerManage all SuccessFactors bi-annual system upgrades, identifying changes and promoting system enhancementsUnderstand all HR Systems and infrastructure to ensure data management is secure and complies with data protection policies including GDPRSupport Document management solution to meet the department requirements Lead Systems Analyst Ideal Candidate: Hands on experience working on SuccessFactors - maintenance/support/developmentSAP SuccessFactors system administration and implementation experience in related modulesAbility to prioritise and manage multiple requests and respond within appropriate timeframeExperience providing in-depth, presentable data reports and analyticsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAble to communicate with all levels across the organisationSelf-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and enthusiasticExpected to deal with confidential employee dataAbility to work as both an individual contributor and collaboratively as a team memberSupervision of SuccessFactors Analyst(s)Experience of training users and administrators to use system optimallyFamiliar with project management principles and experience in working as part of a wider team to deliver projectsDegree level (Human Resources Information Systems, Business Management) would be advantageousCertification in any relevant modules and especially Employee Central through SAP SuccessFactors, would be advantageous ** All applicants for the Administrative Assistant must have the right to work in the UK as the Company is not able to offer visa support.If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
